Return & Refund Policy

At Globoll.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since we work with international suppliers through a dropshipping model, please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns
We accept return requests only in the following situations:
- Product arrives damaged.
- Product is defective or not working.
- Wrong item is delivered.
- Product is significantly different from the description.
To request a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Short explanation of the problem
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in these cases:
- Change of mind.
- Customer ordered the wrong product, size, or color.
- Product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Return request submitted after 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Cost
Unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
In some cases, returning the product may not be required. We may issue a replacement or partial/full refund after reviewing the evidence.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by us or our supplier.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before processing or shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
